Settings Library¶

The Settings Library is used in conjunction with the Settings File Library Manager. Settings are a list of module or unit parameter values. They can be saved on a module or unit basis. They are useful for copying pre-existing modules or duplicating settings from one device to another. Once a Settings File has been named in the Settings File Library Manager, it will appear in the Settings Library of the Toolkit, in both the Site View and the Design View. In Design View, after right-clicking on a unit, you can load or save that unit's settings to either Site File or a Settings Library File. Similarly, in Design View, after right-clicking a module that contains user variable parameters, you are given the option of loading or saving those parameter values.
