Known Limitations

1.Overview Controls- When two separate modules control the exact same DSP feature, and only one is externally controlled, if only the other that is not externally controlled is displayed, Composer will not update the window until you click on it.

2.Gain Sharing Automixers- When a master and a slave gain sharing automixer module are linked, one Highest Gain LED per module will be lit, giving the impression the two automixers are truly not linked. There isn't enough communication between mixers in the chain to know the ultimate highest gain across multiple modules, but they are linked.

3.DHCP Address Assignments- When a DSP is not assigned a static IP address, you may get a failure during the firmware upgrade because the DHCP server has assigned it a new IP address after reboot. The firmware has actually been upgraded.

4.Devices- There are a variety of limitations that affect the maximum number of devices that can be used in a system. These are described Network Device Limits page.

Supported Third Party Dante Device Limitations

1. The number of Dante devices (except Shure) that can be located by or referenced by (switch input and LED output use) a single Edge or Radius unit is limited to 24.

2. The number of Shure devices that can be located by or referenced by (switch input and LED output use) an single Edge or Radius unit is limited to 4.
