Oscilloscopes¶

The Symetrix Oscilloscopes are used to obtain waveform information. Both single and continuous triggering is provided, as well as an Auto-Range feature which expands and contracts the vertical display range, allowing both large and small signals to be conveniently tracked and displayed. This feature can be turned off, making the vertical range fixed at full scale. The oscilloscope operates like a traditional oscilloscope, meaning that the signal level corresponds to a voltage level in the analog world.

The horizontal scale (time base of the oscilloscope is one sample per pixel, which translates to 1.33msec/division. The entire display shows 512 samples or 10.67ms of audio. This cannot be adjusted.

Symetrix offers; 1, 2 and 4 channel oscilloscopes. For the 2 and 4 channel versions, each channel is displayed in a different color.
