On/Off Switches¶

There are 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 16 pole version of the single throw, On/Off switch modules. These modules act like a simple on/off siwtch for audio signals. The switch state for all channels is controlled by a single control signal input. When the control signal input is less than 50%, the switch(es) are off and the outputs are muted. When the control signal input is greater than or equal to 50%, the switch(es) are on and the inputs pass through to the outputs. A quick fade is applied to the audio so that transitions are smooth.

An LED indicates if the switch is on, or not. A space is provided to name each audio channel. Click in the entry box and enter a name. The name entered will also appear on the module's input label(s).

Note: Unlike mechanical switches, these switches are not bi-directional and must be connected according to the "In" and "Out" labels.
